Anesthesiology Educational Events Producer

Medvoice is Ukraine’s leading EdTech platform for medical professionals. Since 2019, we have been transforming medical education, providing doctors with on-demand access to expert-led courses, live training sessions, and essential CPD (Continuous Professional Development) certification.

Now, we are expanding internationally—and we are looking for an Anesthesiologist to join our Romanian team as Producer of Educational Events in Anesthesiology.

🔹Key Responsibilities:
Timely planning and organization of events that meet the audience’s needs: selecting topics and coordinating educational programs.
Engaging speakers: finding and collaborating with professional speakers, discussing topics, presentation formats, timing, and other event details.
Reviewing materials: ensuring presentations and marketing materials comply with medical standards.
Meeting participant targets for events.
Evaluating and analyzing events: preparing reports on event success and suggesting improvements based on feedback.
Monitoring trends in online education and the medical field to create relevant and in-demand courses.
Exploring new formats and approaches to enhance the quality of educational events.

🔹Required Skills & Experience:
Practicing anesthesiologist or medical intern.
Experience working with Google Sheets.
English proficiency at B2 level.
